As a leader, have you ever tried to implement a change in your organization? As a leader, you need to take appropriate steps to manage organizational change. What actions did you take to drive and sustain the organizational change?

Organizational change is a strategy for accomplishing the overall goals of an organization. Often, there is strong resistance to change. Think about the issues that are off-limits in your organization. What is required to be done so that they can be discussed?

This week’s discussion focuses on the sustainability of organizational change and has two components.
