You are going to take inventory of how many vitamins and minerals some foods and drinks you have at home contain. Select three food items and two drink items to analyze. Search on their nutrition labels and see what types of vitamins and minerals they contain.
In your discussion post you must:
- Record the measurements for the vitamins and minerals of your three food items and two drink items. Feel free to take photos if you wish to post them, as well.
- Based on what you learned about vitamins and minerals in this chapter and/or outside research, are your food and drink items supplying you with sufficient amounts? Are there certain foods that have more vitamins and minerals than others that you found? Explain and support your answers.
