Choose one of the documentary links below (part 1, part 2, part 3 or part 4). Watch the episode you have chosen (they are all about 1 hour, 10 minutes). After you have watched, post your thoughts (you should have at least one or two paragraphs), about what you watched. Were you shocked? Do you agree or disagree with parts of what you heard in the episode you watched? Will what you heard and saw in the episode you watched cause you to make changes in how you eat and drink, or exercise, or cook? These are all topics you might discuss, or you can discuss other topics you think are pertinent. This Extra Credit Discussion is worth up to 30 points.
